LIQUID has already invested in its substantial multi-tenant, cloud, infrastructure which allows you access to the latest and greatest technologies and architecture without having to invest in the implementation of those concepts internally. This will leave you with the ability to focus on your core products and services rather than on hardware, software, or internal IT.
All LIQUID customers can take advantage of the breadth and capacity of the platform through the on-demand reallocation of LIQUID resources to meet the changing demands of your solution and its visitors. As your business grows and the solution evolves, the architecture is already there to support it without any additional effort required from you. The increased flexibility and scalability of the platform also allows LIQUID customers to limit the consumption and cost to only the necessary resources utilized within the solution.
Security and Protection
The LIQUID Platform infrastructure has been designed and implemented with the highest level of security standards in mind.
LIQUID provides multiple levels of protection for both the physical and remote network, for the server-level operating platform, and for the data stored within LIQUID. Access to the LIQUID environment is strictly limited to the LIQUID administrators and the servers, content, and data are protected by top of the line hardware and software solutions to ensure a dedicated layer of protection from any outside attempts to access them maliciously.
All sensitive user account information is encrypted within the system and LIQUID customers do not have direct access to LIQUID platform databases. All web files and databases are backed up nightly and backups are tested by performing “fire drills” on a regular basis to confirm the quality of backup data.
Reliability and Service
The LIQUID standard Service Level Agreement guarantees at least 99.9% availability. We ensure that we meet or exceed this level of service through our real-time remote availability monitoring of the infrastructure and the sites. We continuously check all vital statistics and our systems will proactively engage our support resources if any metric exceeds a threshold or if there is an issue that needs to be addressed.
